It is built from the same published numbers our booking pages use: the fixed CMB transfer table per vehicle, LKR 15,000 per cooking session for two guests, $20 per person for the village tour and the fixed per-jeep safari price. Anything that cannot be priced from that list - a custom place, an unusual leg, a group larger than one vehicle - is marked confirmed on WhatsApp instead of guessed.
Yes - the plan is a starting point, not a contract. Reply on WhatsApp with your changes (an extra night, a skipped stop, a second safari) and we re-quote instantly. Cancellation is completely free up to 2 days before each scheduled day.
As many as you like. The planner assembles the route in order and our team turns it into a day-by-day schedule with pickup times on WhatsApp - most multi-stop trips run three to seven days, and single-day loops from one hotel work too.
Airport legs are timed to your flight number, so a delay simply moves the pickup and there is no waiting fee. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and date and we will adjust the route, or cancel free of charge up to 2 days before.
