Booking & Payment

No. Every Ceylon Loop service is reserved online without payment, and you pay in cash - to your driver or host - at the end of the experience. No cards, no deposits, no hidden charges.

Yes. Airport transfers use a fixed price table per destination and vehicle, safaris are priced per jeep, and the cooking class and village tour have published per-group or per-person rates. The price you see is the price you pay - no meter, no fuel surcharges and no post-ride negotiation.

Pick your route or experience, send us your details through the booking form, and WhatsApp opens with your message ready to send. Our team replies with your driver's contact details and confirms every final arrangement directly with you - usually within minutes.

Nothing is charged in advance. You hand the cash (LKR) to your driver or host when the service is finished - you can even settle at your hotel lobby if that is easier. We do not ask for card details at any point.

You can cancel any booking completely free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled activity. After that, message us anyway - we are humans and we always try to help.

Airport Transfers

The price covers the private vehicle, an experienced driver, fuel, all highway tolls and parking. The only extras are anything you add yourself - such as additional stops or entry tickets on the way.

Yes. We track your flight number, so the pickup automatically moves with your new landing time. There is no waiting fee for flight delays, even on overnight arrivals.

Absolutely - the airport desk and our drivers operate 24/7. Late-night and pre-dawn departures are some of our most common bookings, and the price never changes.

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board and monitors your flight from landing. Once confirmed you also receive your driver's name and number on WhatsApp before you fly, so you can message them directly about pickup details.

Message us on WhatsApp with your name and date - changes and cancellations are free up to 2 days before pickup. If your flight number or arrival terminal changes, just send the new details.

Safaris & Wildlife

The price is per jeep and covers the private vehicle, fuel, your experienced driver-guide and hotel pickup within our area. Park entry tickets are paid separately at the gate at the official rates - we handle that for you and show you the receipt.

Up to 3 passengers comfortably in the open-top viewing seats. The price is the same for one person as for three - you are booking the whole jeep, not a seat.

Minneriya is famous for the elephant gathering on the reservoir plain (roughly July to September) and is the closest to Sigiriya. Kaudulla is richer in general wildlife and sunsets, and Hurulu is quieter with a wilder feel. Ask us - we check the conditions daily and recommend honestly.

Wildlife is wild - no operator can guarantee sightings. That said, Minneriya and Kaudulla host large resident herds, and our drivers move between the park's known hotspots, which makes elephant sightings extremely likely in season. We will never promise 100%, and we will never dress up a possibility as a certainty.

A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, a light jacket for the early morning start and your camera with spare battery. Water is provided in the jeep - please take your rubbish back out with you; the parks stay cleaner that way.

Cooking Class & Village Tour

Yes - strictly two guests per session, and only two sessions a day. It is what makes the class genuinely hands-on, and it is why booking your preferred slot ahead is a good idea.

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, no-pork and allergy-aware menus are all possible - write the details in your booking notes so the shopping list is prepared for your session.

No - life jackets are provided for the catamaran and the swim stop, and the lake section is shallow near the shore. Skipping the swim entirely is completely fine too.

Yes, with one note: the buffalo cart ride is bumpy by nature. The tractor option is smoother, and the catamaran is flat water. Tell us the ages in your booking notes and we will pace the day around your group.

Light tropical showers usually pass in under an hour and the kitchen and village parts continue under shelter. If there is a genuine downpour or unsafe lake conditions, we will reschedule your tour free of charge or refund you in full.

Planning & Support

Absolutely. Combine an airport transfer with a safari, cooking class or village tour, or ask for a route that is not listed - send the details over WhatsApp and we will put together a fixed quote, including early safari starts and late-night arrivals.

Yes - 100%. Safaris run in private jeeps limited to your group (up to 3 guests per jeep), cooking classes are capped at just 2 participants, and airport pickups are exclusive to your party. No strangers, no shared vehicles, no rushing.

WhatsApp inquiries are answered by our local team, usually within minutes during the day and within a couple of hours overnight. Airport pickups are monitored 24/7.

The cooking class runs for around 3 hours from prep to eating together, and the village tour takes 4 to 5 hours door to door - morning starts suit the swim stop best. Confirm your exact pickup time when you book and we will plan the day around it.

We are a local team based in Sigiriya with island-wide service. From beach towns to hill country and national parks - if a road reaches it, we drive it, 24 hours a day.
